XCEL MAINTENANCE LLC HISTORY
After working in the janitorial industry for 20 years
the owner of Xcel Maintenance LLC decided that
he was tired of the corporate politics that only
focused on making more money at any cost.
Embarrassed by the impersonal care of customers
that so many times lead to low quality service.
Ashamed of the mistreatment and lack of respect of
employees that lead to high turn over. He decided
to take a chance and start his own company.
In 2001 with nothing to loss and everything to gain
Xcel Maintenance LLC was established. It's
primary goal is to provide excellent quality janitorial
services at an affordable price.
Since Xcel Maintenance LLC was started it has
added many types of services such as:
